Business context
Trianz runs internal and client learning through Concierto LMS. The platform had to handle growing user traffic and support certifications, including timer-based exams.
The move
Moodle
- Generic LMS patterns
- Hard to extend and brand
- Limited accessibility
React and Tailwind
- Course and certification experience modeled on modern learning platforms
- Component-based UI the team can extend
- Accessibility designed in
Product strategy
I worked with the director and product team on how far the platform needed to scale, and was part of the decision-making group for the migration.
