Concierto Cloud Modernize
Concierto Cloud helps enterprises manage, migrate and maximize their cloud estate. I led its modernization from the first sketch: a new experience, a new information architecture and a design system that let engineering move much faster.

Business context
Concierto Cloud is Trianz's platform for managing, migrating and optimizing enterprise cloud infrastructure. The Modernize initiative set out to turn a legacy interface into an AI-integrated, data-centric product that could anchor client conversations.
From legacy to modern
Before
- Legacy UX that didn't reflect the platform's capabilities
- No shared component system between design and engineering
- Analytics that were hard to read at a glance
After
- AI-integrated, data-centric experience
- Component-based design system from the ground up
- Clearer FinOps and performance visualization
Research and discovery
I worked with leadership, business analysts and product owners to dig into requirements, and ran user research and usability testing to find the real problem areas and validate the redesign.
Product strategy
Phase 1 had one job: show what a modern Concierto could be, fast enough to win support. Ideation to execution — user journeys, information architecture and high-fidelity Figma prototypes — took 62 days.
The work was presented to AWS and MassMutual, earned leadership approval, and development began in June 2025.

Phase 2
Modernize Phase 2 was showcased at AWS NYC 2025 as a live, AI-powered design demonstration — merging design strategy with real-time performance visualization.
My contribution
- Conceived and led the end-to-end modernization as the design lead.
- Defined the complete UX, information architecture and component-based design system.
- Built the design-to-development workflow with engineering.
- Used GenAI tools (Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Amazon Q) to speed up prototyping and validation.
- Mentored designers and handed day-to-day work to a junior designer after major features shipped.
Outcomes
- Phase 1 from ideation to execution
- 62 days
- Design-to-development velocity
- +40%
