Liminal Custody, 2025–now
Liminal Vaults
Moving money in a custody platform is a multi-person, multi-step act. My work on Vaults is about making each of those steps clear: who is asking, who must approve, and what happens next.

Business context
Liminal Vaults lets enterprises hold and manage digital assets: portfolios, wallets, transactions and the approvals that govern them. It runs on web and natively on Android and iOS, and is also delivered as a white-label platform for enterprise clients.
Problem
Blockchain-related requirements are dense and unforgiving. The product needed to translate concepts like gas, staking and flagged transactions into flows an operations team can use daily without second-guessing.
Feature areas
- Dashboards and portfolio views
- Transaction flows and multi-step approval workflows
- Flagged transactions
- Staking
- Gas Station and resource management
- Multiple API keys
Information architecture
I refined the navigation structure and the flows between modules so related tasks sit together and approvals are always one clear step away from the transaction they govern.
Approval flow, illustrated
Every transaction shows where it is, who has acted, and who is next.
- Request created
- Approvers act in order
- Status is always visible

My contribution
- UX and UI for Vaults on web, Android and iOS.
- User flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for new features and enhancements.
- Handoff, implementation reviews and design audits with engineering.
- Reusable components that later fed the Liminal Enterprise Design System.
